We created the Starting Line Hockey Camp because we know firsthand how powerful a single week on the ice can be in sparking a lifelong love of the game.

Our son fell in love with hockey not through pressure or competition, but through the joy of skating with friends, learning new skills, and being part of something special. He wasn’t the most experienced player in the beginning, but he showed up with excitement, left the rink with pride, and couldn’t wait to go back.

That’s the spark we want to give every young skater.

One of the biggest influences on his hockey journey has been his coach, Grady Little. Their connection goes far beyond drills and game strategy. Grady has become a mentor, a motivator, and someone who truly sees each player for who they are and who they can become. He makes the game fun, keeps things positive, and helps kids believe in themselves.

Now, with the Stay In The Game Foundation, we’re proud to bring that same spirit to a new generation of young players. The Starting Line Hockey Camp is designed for beginners ages 6–10, offering a balance of skill-building, creativity, and fun.

From on-ice learning to off-ice games and even designing their own jerseys, it’s a place where kids can discover just how fun hockey can be.
