Carrie Drake, Founder & Executive Director
Carrie’s vision and leadership have been the cornerstone of the Stay In The Game Foundation. With her extensive background in non-profit management, corporate marketing and leadership, combined with her passion for sports and youth development, Carrie is excited about creating inclusive programs that nurture the potential of every child.

Michael Drake, CFO & Treasurer Michael brings a strong financial acumen to the foundation, ensuring that our resources are managed responsibly and effectively. His stewardship guarantees that we can sustain and expand our impact for years to come.

Brian Hobbs, Board Member

With over 25 years of experience in business development, Mr. Hobbs is a trusted advisor, leader, and mentor within GovCon. Mr. Hobbs has a track record of delivering value and innovation to organizations in the national security sector. He previously led growth for the National Security Portfolio at Accenture, where he grew new business by 35% in two years. Before that, he was the Senior Vice President of Growth and Strategy at Novetta, a leading provider of advanced analytics solutions. He helped Novetta achieve a successful acquisition by Accenture in 2021. He is passionate about solving complex challenges and creating positive impact for his clients and teams.
